Melvin Mbugua ("I", "me") offers website development, French language services, and personal counselling. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are agreed upon individually before work begins. All service agreements are formalised in writing before commencement.
A 50% deposit is required before any project commences. The remaining balance is due upon delivery. Payments are accepted via M-Pesa or bank transfer. Failure to pay within 7 days of the agreed due date may result in suspension of services.
Each project includes up to two rounds of revisions at no extra cost. Additional revisions will be billed separately. If a client cancels a project after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable. Completed work that has been delivered and approved is non-refundable.
Upon full payment, all final deliverables become the property of the client. I retain the right to display completed work in my portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing. I retain ownership of all source files, frameworks, and tools used during development unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
Any information shared during counselling sessions is treated with strict confidentiality and will not be disclosed to third parties except where required by law.
I shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of my services. My total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved under Kenyan jurisdiction.
